Best intentions but its going to go south. What happens when some fuck with a swastika on his face wants a job at a place where swastikas have no place? This is a free speech issue. Free speech is never free. It has costs. The costs are the repercussions of your expression. If your expression is intended to piss off people, no, you should not get that job where your expression is not appropriate. Certainly so if it is morally reprehensible to anyone reasonable. You all want tats? Fine. Just know there's always repercussions and it's not always pretty if causes conflict, intentional or not. An employer or any one citing private property rights should be allowed to say go to hell if they don't want that conflict at their establishment. This probably won't survive the courts but it will be interesting to see what they say when it inevitably gets tested there.
