But it COULD if the feds incentivised it and subsidized it like we already do with so many other poor choises of power. Government spending is nothing but where a civilization decides it needs to get something done. Money is power. The US government has pretty much proven that debts dont matter. Print more money. Send it towards real solutions instaed of more unfettered capitalism that enriches the already too rich.
