I believe he stressed the Soviets to a premature economic collapse due to our increased defense spending. They just could not keep up and it bankrupted them. A strategy that is now backfiring on us anyway though. Reagan was an asshole. All he did to fuck up everything is now happening. He planted the seeds of hate and white power that are now trees.
