I just got married. I invited none of my friends except for one. I gave up on all the rest. All the other wedding guests were family. The same for my wife. No regrets. People suck. "Friends" don't give a shit about you really. Family is all that matters in the end. If your family sucks good luck. You're on your own. Trust no one. You have no idea how better off you are ditching those people that put your feelings and your son's dead last and always will.
