May I ask you in all seriousness, are Russian “elections" even remotely democratic? Is anyone ever surprised who “wins?” It’s always a coin flip in America. This kind of instability though keeps our process alive. Putin is again showing the world what the “benevolent autocrat" always becomes; a ruthless tyrant. The People chose away from that in 2020 and probably will agian in 24 only because they will be aware again what a bad idea installing autocracy really is. As usual it will be close but I think enough Americans now see the problem with another fascist winning POTUS.
