I pretty much stopped going to movies almost 15 years ago. I’ve been to a few things here and there but mostly just out of boredom. I honestly can’t think of a single Hollywood movie I’ve seen in a theater in the last 10 years that was very memorable.
Hollywood sucks.
The superhero thing has been done to death and I hope it’s finally dying.
Quentin Tarantino agrees.
He compares the Marvel universe to a time when Hollywood musicals had a “chokehold” on the industry in the late 60s. When they stopped making money they went away. He said many directors like him, “can’t wait for the day they can say that about superhero movies.”
