Ritten Off Day 22. We lost power yesterday. I blame climate change.
Fuck you, Faux News. It's not a “belief.” It’s the truth.
I never “watch” Fox news but I do see its headlines in my google news feed (too often.) Sometimes they suck me in to read more. Today was one of those days. Oh, well. It's good to know what the enemy is up to from time to time.
I won’t share the story link because fuck Fox. I will though share that it was yet another barely veiled attempt to turn real science into the realm of false “belief.”
Climate Change is not a “belief.” It’s real. It’s a fact.
It’s an overwhelmingly proven scientific fact.
“Beliefs” cover things like Santa Clause, the Easter Bunny, and Jesus. You can never prove or disprove many “beliefs.”
Physics is not a “belief.” Gravity is real no matter what you “believe.” Science does not care about “belief.” It attempts to find how the world really works based on statistically relevant evidence and the ability to be duplicated with…
