The Virus day 11, Dimondale, Michigan

All well. It was really a great day. Sun and warm enough to get out and garden. The pic is of our cat Gandalf. He’s an indoor kitty but we let him out on nice days under supervision. He’s more than happy to stay close to the house. It's a big world out there but all he really wants is some warm pavement to roll on and a patch of fresh grass to eat.

I’m noticing a lot more people exercising now. Joggers and bikers. Must be because the gyms are all closed? Gyms suck. Always smelly and even before the virus, I felt like I was catching something just walking in the door. Hopefully, people will find it does not take money to work a body. I’ve been keeping fit at home for years now with nothing more than a pull-up bar. What is that the deal with gyms? People just like the social aspect? Ok, I guess. Not my thing.

It's never been rocket science for me maintaining this flesh vessel of mine. Move more. Eat less. Eat right. SLEEP!!! I hope many of you are finally catching up on your SLEEP! If you want to stay well, let your body and mind rest. I am hopeful that this virus time will be a health epiphany for many. I hoping that as more are forced to just chill the fuck out, sit still, and sleep “more than they should” they will find all sorts of ailments are suddenly disappearing; food allergies, skin conditions, digestive issues, etc.
