The 2020 POTUS election is effectively done but is in legal limbo due to Trump still living in a reality of his own. The Judges have so far all but laughed him out of court. Support is dwindling but MI GOP is wasting time anyways with a new committee to probe something out of their ass.
It will just prove what we already know.
Trump has lost but Trumpism is not going away.
I just wonder what single event in our lives sent us down either the path of #Trump or #Biden.
Probably some moment of utter powerlessness either observed or felt long ago. Something that either turned our hearts to cynical stone or kept them open to compassion.
Something that decided to “win” was all vs how you played really was more important.
Trumpism is just a symptom of what we’ve chosen to do with all the baggage of our childhood. Were we bullies? Toadies? Outliers? Or Victims? There really are no other choices available growing up in America.
Until more evaluate their own lives, analyze their feelings of powerlessness, the real source of it seen as a personal CHOICE to react one way or the other, this will never end.
Anger may get you out the door, but it’s compassion that gets anything done. That’s a lesson I’m not even sure I’ve learned well enough yet.
