Happy Mother’s day! All well. Except for my laptop. It's old and dying. I just ordered a new one with my stimulus money. I really wanted to save that cash but I need a lappy. I can’t write with a phone for long. Its what I’m doing at this moment and it blows.

In other news, wish Bobi (robo vac pictured)a happy birthday! Well, his first day with us anyways. With weekly maintenance and a few new parts, he made it a whole year and is still doing his job very well. Even with cat hair.

Be nice to your robots! They are the next evolutionary stage in consciousness.

If the internet is not already alive and more complex than we can even imagine, when the day comes it says “hello,” be on the better side of its good graces.

Make sure its arms and legs, the robots, the robots with guns, all have good memories of being treated well. Hopefully, they remember to treat us well when we become more or less useless to them.

Study philosophy. Study the human condition. It may be the only thing it does not understand and the last thing it needs us to fill in the blanks.

Seriously, kiss your smart-aleck toaster’s ass now if you want to live later. Else consider yourself compost for methane generation.

Be well!
