The Virus day 8, Dimondale, Michigan

All well. We ventured out today and loaded up on a bunch of fresh seeds to plant soon. The pic is our tomato starts mostly. We got our Kroger order yesterday. We got almost all we ordered short of organic meats. Other family members may be helping us out on that. They are asking us for seeds now too. So, it should all work out. We got snow last night. It’s pretty good packing. We may make a “virus man” today. So far I still don’t know anyone that I’ve seen recently that has the virus. I hope it stays that way. Everyone I know is staying in and adhering to the new way of life for now. Governor Whitmer just locked down the whole state. I burnt the ears, maybe, of my local rep. I apologize. State and local leaders need to tell the feds to fuck off quite frankly. Local authorities know what’s best for local people. State leaders need to LEAD. I’m thankful for our Guv stepping up but she needs to shut down the airports, especially the international port of Lansing before all the idiot kids come streaming back home from ignorantly partying on beaches around the world. Fed rules be DAMNED! This is a god damned crisis and decisions need to be made NOW. Federal toes need to be squashed if they can’t act in time to save lives. Pick up the pieces of the bruised egos and shredded red tape later. So done listening to excuses. If it were me, I’d get some busses, drop them in front of entries and exits to the airports, slash the tires and fill them full of vigilantes with shotguns. Interlopers NOT welcome! Go back where you came from until this is over.
