All well. G got his first Covid shot now that he’s old enough after the CDC rule change. We’re very happy about it.

The mask mandate is over for those who have been vaccinated but most places still want you to wear them. As of now, there is no “proof of vax” card required to prove you have been vaxed or not. I’ve been fully vaxed and I’m fine wearing my mask for the rest of my life. I’m not hurting anyone wearing it. I’m protecting myself and others doing it. There’s plenty of good reasons to wear the mask even if Covid never happened.

Top 10 reasons to keep wearing a mask:

  1. You won’t get the flu ever again.

2. No need to shave or wear makeup ever again. No one is having sex anymore so you are probably wasting your time with all that affectation anyway.

3. No one you walk past is totally sure that it's really you so no need to talk to people you don’t want to ever again. (This one is my favorite of them all.)

4. You’ll probably take better care of your teeth now having to smell your own breath all the time. Or maybe you lost your sense of smell from Covid but now that no one can see your teeth anymore, you don’t have to care about brushing as much as you did. Win win!
