It's been a while since I wrote anything. If I don’t make at least 75 more cents this month then this will be the first time in a while that my Medium account does not at least pay for itself. It really is ridiculous.

Just an FYI, if you’ve been a fan of mine lately, you’ll know that I had taken the road of Chat GPT to crank out some “content.” I got sick of “content” and still am.

Today, this is all me, mother fuckers.

I look at our capitalism, our economy, and the world of “productivity.” The whole thing has become just one more heap of content on top of other quickly consumed and discarded content. In America and seemingly everywhere else now the shelf life of just about everything is listed by the seconds instead of days.

From our houses to cars, our food and clothing, in everything we do when we consider the phrase “being productive,” we keep reinforcing an economic system that lays waste to perfectly good stuff by rehashing the same thing on a different day. The majority of it all is not needed in any way. We just “want something new.” There is nothing “new” anymore. I see everything as derivative, often just a complete waste of time, energy, and the few precious…
